Pathways Support Case Manager – Hilltops region

 

We are seeking a Program Facilitator to service the area including; Goulburn, Crookwell, Yass & Hilltops region to join our team to deliver our ‘Pathways Support’ service under the Regional VET Pathways Program.

This role will involve working with young people, aged 15 to 19 years, who have disengaged from education and are struggling to make effective transitions into employment, to provide individual client case management to re-engage them in education and training and/or support their transitions to sustainable employment.

The successful applicant must have experience in working with young people in case management settings through the delivery of youth support services, employment or education services; and must be able to work with minimal supervision, manage a caseload and meet deadlines; hold a current working with children clearance or be eligible to obtain one; and hold a current drivers licence.

This is a full-time position, but part-time may be considered. The position includes a motor vehicle for business use and home garage, laptop and a mobile phone. An attractive salary package will be offered to the successful applicant, considered on experience and qualifications. Short term contract with view for extension.

Links to Learning Program Facilitator – South Coast region

 

We are seeking a Program Facilitator to join our team to deliver our “Links to Learning” program in the South Coast, from Bateman’s Bay to Eden.

This role will involve program delivery to groups of young people (12 to 16 years of age) who are disengaged from their learning, in an effort to improve their education, employment and life outcomes.  The position will involve travel to each school on a weekly basis throughout the school year.

We are looking for someone who relates well to young people and has experience in working with young people at risk in group settings, in either the education or youth sector.

The successful applicant must hold a current Working with Children clearance or be eligible to obtain one, and hold a current driver’s licence.

This is a 4-5 day per week position working during school terms, 7.6 hours per day.  The position includes a motor vehicle for business use and home garage, a business laptop and a mobile phone. Salary $65,000 per annum, pro-rata based on days per week.
