Phoebe is a Program Facilitator

Phoebe lives on the south coast and has over 10 years of experience working in the not-for-profit sector to improve social,
cultural and economic outcomes, building on the strengths of individuals and communities.

Phoebe has extensive youth work experience, both in individual case management and facilitation of early-intervention programs in local high schools.

Phoebe is passionate about empowering young people to make positive, informed decisions around their future career pathways.

 


 

What was going on during the happiest time of your life? 

I’m currently in the happiest time of my life. On a farm, close to nature, watching my kids grow and blossom, honouring my values by effecting social change through my work, involved in the local community.

 

If you didn’t need a job, were healthy, and had plenty of time, what would you do?

Connect through travel.

 

What is the most important personal attribute that you bring to your job?

Empathy.
